In Fall of 2023, 233 users participated in a survey that addressed 12 HECC service areas. A summary of the survey results is now available, including information on key areas targeted for improvement over the next year:

• System Reliability
• Job Turnaround
• Downtime
• User Support

Survey Highlights

Responses to the 2023 survey were representative of the work distribution across the mission directorates; and scores decreased from the 2021 survey. Highlights include:

• Overall Satisfaction: 5.68 (on a 7-point scale)
• Highest-Scoring Categories: Account Management Services, Allocation Management Services, and Long-Term Storage
• Biggest Future Need: Increased compute power, followed by GPUs and/or support for GPU-based codes, and more storage
