New iOS App Available for Remote Monitoring of HECC Jobs

07 Nov, 2014

We are pleased to announce the release of myNAS, a new mobile app that enables you to monitor your PBS jobs remotely on an iPhone or iPad. With myNAS, you can receive notifications when your jobs change state or produce output, view the status of your jobs, check the availability of computing resources, and access the latest news from HECC. You can even view output text and image files in the app by instructing your jobs to send them to the myNAS web server with a simple PBS command.

Several of our beta testers have reported that the myNAS notifications feature improved their workflow, even while they were logged into their workstations.

For more information and to download the app, see myNAS: An iOS App for Remote Monitoring of NAS Jobs. To learn more about using the app, see myNAS Features.

If you have any questions, please contact the NAS Control Room staff at support@nas.nasa.gov, (800) 331-8737, (650) 604-4444.
