NAS Online Account Request Form Authentication Has Been Updated05 Nov, 2014
NASA is in the process of migrating its website authentication platform from Launchpad to SiteMinder. To be consistent with this change at the agency level, we recently updated the NAS Account Request form to use SiteMinder. The main difference you will notice is that the option to log in using a Smartcard is emphasized. This is to encourage NASA employees and onsite contractors to use their Smartcards to log into NASA websites. You can still log in without a Smartcard by using either the RSA Token option (with your username and RSA SecurID fob) or the Agency User ID option (with your username and password).
