Lou is Now Available

31 Oct, 2018

The issue described in the previous notification has been resolved, and Lou is online and available.

We do not believe there is any data loss resulting from this problem. However, if your Lou home filesystem is one of the following, and you transferred data to or from Lou yesterday, we recommend that you check your data and verify that there are no issues: /s2i, /s2j, /s2k, /s2l, /s2m, /s2n

You might notice slower performance on these filesystems for the next three to four days, as redundant disks rebuild in the background.

Note: You can find out the name of your Lou home filesystem by running the quota command from a Lou front-end system (LFE).
