Welcome to the New HECC Website

25 May, 2011

This new High-End Computing Capability (HECC) website is designed to help you quickly get all the information you need to efficiently run your computational jobs at the NAS facility.

The new website is now the place to come to for the most up-to-date news and documentation, and supersedes the user information on the current NAS website.

Check out a few of the useful features available on the new site:

  • User Knowledge Base: This searchable database of articles for all user documentation makes it easy to quickly find what you're looking for; includes an FAQ, usage policies and guidelines, downloadable files, and more. Browse around and check out some of the Knowledge Base Tools.
  • System Status: Live information to quickly get detailed picture of system usage and availability, network status, and more.
  • New User Orientation: A short introduction to the NAS supercomputing environment, containing all the basics you need to know to get started on running your jobs and storing data, with links into important articles in the Knowledge Base.

Your Feedback Wanted: We welcome your feedback on the new website! Please use the SITE FEEDBACK button located at the bottom left of each page to send us your input. As we work to fine-tune the HECC website and improve Knowledge Base articles, we are counting on your suggestions for features and topics you would like to see, and ideas for ways to improve the usability of the overall site.

Thanks for taking the time to get familiar with and give us feedback on the new HECC website.
