Merope Dedicated Time for PBS Upgrade Scheduled for October 705 Oct, 2020
Merope will be placed in dedicated time to upgrade the Portable Batch System (PBS) from version 19 to version 20, on Wednesday, October 7, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Time). No jobs will run and Merope will be unavailable during the dedicated time. PBS will be unavailable on Merope during the upgrade. There should be no changes to how you submit and run jobs on Merope; however, after the upgrade, you will no longer be able to run the qstat, qsub, or similar commands from Merope to check or submit Pleiades jobs.
