Update: Pleiades Interruption on December 606 Dec, 2021
A facility issue occurred on Monday, December 6 relating to one of the chillers that is used to cool the NASA Advanced Supercomputing facility. Since the facility needs at least two running chillers to cool Pleiades, this outage caused PBS scheduling and nodes on Pleiades to go offline. As a result, jobs on Pleiades were killed. Pleiades is now back online, and PBS scheduling has resumed. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. If you have been impacted by this issue, you can submit a replacement job and send its job ID to support@nas.nasa.gov so that we may raise its priority. |
