pbspl4 Server: Known Issue and Workaround for Endeavour and GPUs25 May, 2021
Attention Endeavour and GPU users: After returning to production operations following our annual maintenance period, we found an incompatibility between the PBS server pbspl4 and the rest of the system. This causes problems when you try to run PBS commands such as qstat from a front end, such as a PFE, for Endeavour or the GPUs. For example, the following command may result in errors: pfe% qstat v100@pbspl4 We are working to resolve the issue. In the meantime, to run PBS commands on Endeavour and the GPUs, please log directly into pbspl4 and run the commands from there. We apologize for the inconvenience.
