Updated Announcement (6/1/26)

The Aitken Rome downtime originally scheduled for June 9-11 has been postponed. The nodes will be available to all users until the beginning of the Annual Facility Maintenance beginning June 12. A new schedule for the extended maintenance on the Rome nodes will be announced at a later date.

Original Announcement (5/18/26)

Aitken's Rome nodes will be unavailable starting June 9 at 8:00 a.m. (Pacific) for extended system maintenance, which may extend through the Annual Facility Outage scheduled for June 12-14. Jobs running on the Rome nodes will be drained prior to the start of the downtime and jobs submitted that will not complete before the start time will not run. All other Aitken nodes and the AFEs will be available during this period.
