Update: Pleiades is Available18 Dec, 2017
The /nobackupp9 filesystem is back online, and Pleiades is now available for all jobs. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions or concerns, please send email to support@nas.nasa.gov or call 1-800-331-8737 or 1-650-604-4444. Previous Notification Scheduling has been resumed on Pleiades, with the exception of jobs that use /nobackupp9. Our system administrators are still working to resolve the issue, and another notification will be sent to /nobackupp9 users once the problem has been resolved. Thank you for your patience. Original Notification We are currently experiencing problems with Pleiades. To limit the effect on users, we have paused scheduling. This means no new jobs will start, but jobs that have already begun will continue to run. Our system administrators are working on resolving the issue. Another notification will be sent out once the problem has been resolved. |
