New MPT Default Version Is mpi-sgi/mpt.2.12r26

As of today, the default SGI MPT module mpi-sgi/mpt points to mpi-sgi/mpt.2.12r26.

MPT version 2.12r26 includes multiple fixes for issues that were discovered with the previous default version, mpt.2.12r16. Users are strongly recommended to use this new default version by running module load mpi-sgi/mpt.
