We are pleased to announce that we've recently updated the HECC Knowledge Base (KB) with enhancements to improve usability and help you find information more quickly. Changes include:
Updated Browsing Menu
Articles are now organized in a way that more closely mirrors the typical user workflow. Take a look at the updated browsing menu (navigation bar) on the left side of the Knowledge Base window and see where it takes you.
Reformatted Articles
New code boxes make it easier to copy command lines and scripts. We also redesigned the Tips, Warnings, and Notes to improve clarity, and selected new fonts that make the articles easier to read.
Improved Search
The latest KB software version provides improved search, with more relevant results and new features such as highlighted search terms in the results list.
Optimized for Mobile
The KB is now optimized for mobile devices, making HECC documentation easy to navigate and read on your smartphone.
We will continue to edit and reorganize existing documentation, update information as needed, and add new articles to help you make the best use of HECC resources. With just a click, you can help us in our ongoing efforts to improve the Knowledge Base by using the rating feature at the bottom of each article—if an article is particularly helpful, or if it could be better, let us know! And remember, you can quickly and easily contact HECC experts by clicking the Ask A Question tab near the top of the KB window.
