Starting February 6, 2012, all SecurID RSA tokens assigned to local and remote users and that expire in 2012, 2013, or 2014 will be replaced with new tokens.
If you are among the users whose tokens will be replaced, you will be notified directly via e-mail. Tokens will be mailed to the address on your account request form. If you receive an email, and your mailing address has changed in the past several months, please call the NAS Control Room at (800) 331-8737 or (650) 604-4444.
When your token arrives, please call the Control Room and request to activate your new token.
