New RSA Tokens Distributed12 Mar, 2012
New SecurID RSA tokens have been distributed to local and remote users who had tokens that expire in 2012, 2013, or 2014. If your token has an expiration date of one of these years and you did not receive a new token, please contact the NAS Control Room at (800) 331-8737 or (650) 604-4444 or email support@nas.nasa.gov. On April 2, 2012, all tokens with expiration dates of 2012, 2013, or 2014 will be disabled and you will no longer be able to login until you activate a new token. |
