User Face-to-Face Meetings 2019

01 Aug, 2019

To give users an opportunity to talk with our experts in person, we will hold meetings at three NASA centers this year. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions and get answers about the HECC supercomputing environment and learn about all the computational resources and services available to support their computational work for NASA missions.

  • August 13 – NASA Glenn Research Center, Cleveland, OH
  • September 24 – NASA Johnson Space Flight Center, Houston, TX
  • October 7 - NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, Huntsville, AL

If you plan to attend one of these sessions, please refer to our original email invitation, dated July 5, 2019. Let us know you're coming by sending an email to support@nas.nasa.gov.

We hope that you can join us at one of the locations above, but if not, there will be future opportunities to meet with us. Last summer we held meetings at nine NASA centers and universities, and your feedback was invaluable in helping us better support all users. Looking ahead, the HECC team will visit key locations once every three years, and planning for 2020 is already underway.

As always, we are available 24x7 to answer your questions or concerns. Please send email to support@nas.nasa.gov or call 1-800-331-8737 or 1-650-604-4444.
