Abstract

The performance of multi-GPU systems are characterized in an effort to determine the viability of these systems to run physics based applications using Fast Fourier Transforms. Additionally, multi-GPU FFTs are being examined as they allow the available memory to exceed the limits of a single GPU and can reduce computational time for very large problem sizes.
