Aitken has been expanded with four new racks containing 512 AMD EPYC "Rome" nodes, and the nodes are now available for running PBS jobs.
With this latest expansion, Aitken contains a total of 1,536 Rome nodes, in addition to 1,152 Intel Xeon "Cascade Lake" nodes. For more information about using the AMD Rome nodes, see the following articles in the HECC Knowledge Base:
