As part of NASA's vision for next-generation supercomputing technologies, HECC has initiated a pilot study for a prototype modular supercomputing system (MSS) designed to save millions& gallons of water per year.  Site construction for the MSS, which will be located adjacent to the NASA Advanced Supercomputing facility, is scheduled to begin in early December and be completed by March 2016.
