For currently active Science Mission Directorate (SMD) projects on HECC systems, there are two different new operational period (NOP) start dates: May 1, 2014 and November 1, 2014. However, the acct_ytd utility assumed a May 1 start date for all projects. This issue has been corrected, and the acct_ytd output now reflects the two start dates: 

• For SMD projects that started on May 1, 2014, the value displayed in the Fiscal Year column is 2014, and the value displayed in the Linear YTD Usage column is the project's usage from May 1 to the current date.
• For SMD projects that started on Nov. 1, 2014, the value displayed in the Fiscal Year column is 2015, and the value displayed in the Linear YTD Usage column is the project's usage from Nov. 1 to the current date.
