Local and Wide Area Computing

Picture of a Computer Network Diagram and Three Users; Huge Memory, Just Results, and High Speed
When multi-user computers are used for running parallel jobs, load balancing the computers is essential for taking the advantage of parallel and distributed processing.
OBJECTIVE

To develop a distributed cooperative environment for dynamic load balancing for multiple parallel jobs on local and wide area networks

METHOD

Java Based Multi-agent Environment

MOTIVATION

In several Single-DLB applications, without exchanging information of loads on computers, there will be no optimal parallel load distribution.
